Befriender (ref.: V188)

Cornerstone offers a "matching" service when it comes to this fun side of volunteering. We have a wide range of opportunities across the whole of Aberdeen where you can get involved and make a big difference to the lives of the people we support through befriending. Let us know your interests and availability (even a couple of hours once a fortnight will make a big difference) and we will match you to someone who could use your company within the community. From Aberdeen City and Shire all the way to Moray: we want to hear from you.

This is a great, fun way to add something to your CV, gain experience and improve confidence or an excellent opportunity to just try something new.

If you are patient, understanding and are motivated to volunteer we will be delighted to hear from you. All reasonable expenses will be reimbursed and full support will be given.

For an informal discussion please contact James McQueen on tel.: 01224 256051 / e-mail: James.McQueen@cornerstone.org.uk
