Volunteering details
To ensure the events continued success we are on the look out for a small army of volunteers to help ensure the events run smoothly. The Montrose Triathlon takes place on Sunday, 2nd June, with Forfar taking place on Sunday, 21st July.
The events are based at the superbly equipped Montrose Sports Centre and Forfar Community Campus and from there participants will swim, bike and run their way around the towns.
Volunteer registration will take place at 9.30am at each venue. The events should finish around 3pm/3.30pm. As a small token of our thanks, volunteers will be provided with lunch thanks to event sponsor SCOTMID.
Volunteers are pivotal to the success of our events. Without a small army of volunteers we simply couldn't deliver a safe, fun event. The support and encouragement provided by the volunteers is always really appreciated by the participants.

No experience is necessary – full details of your role will be provided on the day. The event volunteers are vital to the success of the event – simply it cannot run without them! The volunteers make an enormous difference to the participant's and spectator's event experience.
So, if yellow is your colour we would love to hear from you!! Volunteers will be required from approximately 0930 to 1530. If you have any questions or would like to volunteer at the either Triathlon please get in touch.
