Day Care - Club Assistant

To assist the Day Care Club Organiser with the delivery of the day club's service. To be a companion to service users who are comprised of older and other vulnerable adults. Tasks include: to assist with the setting up and preparation of breakfast and lunches; to assist with the delivery of activities and to be a companion to service users who may otherwise be isolated.

Experience required

Fairly agile in ability to help or carry a tray. Able to work unsupervised. Reliable, honest, outgoing personality.

Travel details

The clubs are situated in North Edinburgh close to major bus routes. Volunteers are asked to meet at the club in time to prepare activities and set up.

Travel expenses

Public transport and out of pocket expenses paid.
