Education Volunteer

Dundonald Castle is a 14th Century hilltop fortified ruin which is looked after on a daily basis by The Friends of Dundonald Castle SCIO, who also manage the attraction’s Visitor Centre.
We are currently looking for Education Volunteers to assist with themed education workshops for both school pupils, as well as groups of all ages. Every year Friends of Dundonald Castle host around 100 educational workshops with topics including Celts, Romans, Vikings, Knights & Castles and Jacobites.
Volunteers would assist in running activities, handing out and collecting items, setting up and cleaning at the end. Volunteers will have the opportunity to explore areas which interest them.
