Volunteer Admin Assistants

Are you passionate about mental health and making a difference in your community?

Join Cairns Counselling, a trusted mental health charity, as a Volunteer Admin Assistant and help us make a positive impact in people lives.

As our Admin Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping us facilitate our services, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with our small, friendly team to:


• Support general admin tasks – filing, emails, appointment scheduling, and data entry
• Contribute ideas to help raise the profile of Cairns Counselling in the community

Excellent support and relevant training is provided to all volunteers.

Restrictions

Minimum age: 18

Frequency & commitment
The volunteering times are flexible. All help makes a difference and is greatly appreciated.

Volunteers (aged 18-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
