Cohousing Scotland is a charity supporting innovative, community-led housing solutions across Scotland. We act as a support forum for local Cohousing groups, fostering best practice, promoting opportunities and providing guidance to stakeholders. We are in the process of expanding our new website to make the idea of cohousing more accessible to everybody. We are looking for volunteers to join our team who are familiar with WordPress and have worked with Elementor. We know there are many people in Scotland who would love to live in a cohousing community. Our ambition is to develop a platform where people can find others interested in cohousing.

Experience required

We are looking for someone who is excited to be involved in supporting the spread of community-led housing, cohousing and cooperative housing across Scotland. As a volunteer with tech knowledge and experience your skills will support the growth of the charity and help to bring people together who are looking for innovative housing solutions.

Training details

An introduction to the charity will be given and support will be available from trustees and from the Comms team of volunteers who meet regularly.

Restrictions

Minimum age: 18

Frequency & commitment

Frequency and time commitment are negotiable to fit your time and circumstances.

Volunteers (aged 18-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
