Volunteer Mentor

Join our dynamic team as an IT Mentor Volunteer and make a positive impact in the lives of others! We are seeking passionate individuals who are committed to dedicating a few hours once a week to mentor and support our community members.

Responsibilities:


  • Engage in one-on-one mentoring sessions with community members.

  • Provide guidance, encouragement, and support in areas identified by the mentee.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for personal and professional development.

  • Establish clear communication channels to ensure effective collaboration with mentees.


Qualifications:



  • IT background needed.

  • Years of IT work experience needed.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Empathetic and understanding nature.

  • Commitment to dedicating a couple of hours weekly for mentoring activities.

  • Ability to adapt and be flexible with scheduling, as the position allows both face-to-face and remote mentoring.
