SolidariTee
- VO101454
Most teams have one or two team leads, who are responsible for overseeing all of the year’s activities and building and supporting their team. Teams can be structured however you think works best for your uni or college. Some teams divide roles into events, t-shirts, and social media/ publicity, but we leave this up to you! For SolidariTee to work, because we have no paid staff and because we as young people do all of our fundraising ourselves, we do need teams to be active throughout the year. We ask that all teams commit to organising at least two fundraisers per term/semester, one awareness-raising event per term/semester and selling 100 t-shirts across the year, but what you choose to do is entirely your choice! Some teams organise sponsored runs, others organise t-shirt embroidery workshops, and many run stalls, bake sales and speaker events. You’ll have our full support and we all help each other out around deadlines and other commitments in and out of uni.
