As a Teller Volunteer, you will be the friendly face of East Kilbride Credit Union, serving our members and representing our credit union with professionalism and warmth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the community, develop new skills, and be part of a passionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist members visiting EKCU, providing a positive and friendly experience.
Process member transactions, including savings deposits and loan repayments, accurately and efficiently.
Process members share withdrawals, accurately and efficiently.
Update and maintain internal spreadsheets.
Answer member queries and provide information about EKCU services.
Represent EKCU with professionalism, upholding our mission and values.
Maintain confidentiality and handle member information with care.
Experience required
