Volunteering with Sea Cadets

At Stewartry, we love helping young people launch well in today’s world. Watching cadets grow into better versions of themselves is what makes volunteering for this charity so special. Volunteering with Sea Cadets has so many benefits. Including giving back to the community, helping young people grow into adults and gaining qualifications to teach different courses we have to offer.

Experience required

This has to be one of the most fulfilling and enjoyable past times ever. It does not matter if you are ex mililtary or not or whether you have been in any youth organisation. The Sea Cadets have unrivalled and in most cases, nationally recognised training for adults in many many subjects.

We ensure you have the right training to ensure not just the Cadets, but YOU TOO, have the best time ever.

If you feel you cannot commit on a weekly basis, why not help in another way? Our Unit Management Team and the Parents and Friends committee are always looking for help, to assist in fundraising and general unit management
