Volunteer Playworker

Join Nurture Steps as a Volunteer Playworker to support children with additional needs and their families through 1-to-1 Early Intervention and Step into Play sessions. You’ll build positive relationships, track progress through session notes, and support to prepare engaging resources to foster skill development.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience working with children, a passion for Early Intervention, and a strong interest in psychology or additional support needs. You should be organised, reliable, and enthusiastic, with excellent social-emotional and communication skills. Residing in or near Fife or Dundee is essential.
