Bairn Boutique is a small shop,based in Drumchapel that sells preloved and new clothing and accessories for children. It is an expansion of our charity, Bairn Necessities . Our aim is to promote the purchasing of low cost, affordable pre-loved clothing and essentials to reduce waste and prevent items from going to landfill. Bairns Boutique will be open Monday to Friday from 10:00-3:30pm. We ask volunteers to dedicate themselves to a regular daily shift per week.
The retail assistant role is the smiling face of Bairns Boutique. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for welcoming customers and assisting them with their shopping experience.
Tasks: Greeting and assisting customers, cash handling, stock taking and replenishment and visual merchandising.
So whether you are looking to use your time well, update your skills or have the chance to do something a bit new, we can offer you a warm welcome and all of the support and help you could need.
We are seeing a rise in demand for our services everyday. Having your help will allow us to be there for the people who need us. Any time you can give will make a real difference.
