Volunteer Book Promoters

Arkbound, the charity publisher supporting writers from marginalised groups, is looking for a highly motivated team of volunteer promoters, ideally with experience, to promote an upcoming global anthology on climate crisis, societal collapse and grassroots resistance. The book features writers from the UK, the US, Australia, Israel-Palestine, Sudan, Kenya, Nigeria, South Korea, Myanmar, Haiti, Brazil, and Mexico.

Work will include extensive email outreach, building spreadsheets of contacts, as well as some social media work. In return volunteers can have their names printed in the acknowledgements of the book.

Time commitment is 3-5 hours per week and you can volunteer from home.

Against the odds, join the challenge to help a small charity publisher create a global bestseller!

Contact matthew@arkfound.org if you are interested or please click the ‘Apply’ button below (available when logged in and registered). You will then be contacted by the coordinator by email or phone call. If you have not heard back after 5 working days, the first step is to contact the organisation with the contact details provided. You could also check your junk/spam folder on your emails just in case the response is there. If that doesn’t work out then please feel free to contact Volunteer Glasgow on info@volunteerglasgow.org
