Employability Support Buddy (Dunfermline)

Do you want to support New Scots on their employability journey? Come and join Fife International Forum at Pre-Academy, a 6 week employability programme which supports migrants and refugees to build valuable skills and experience for the workplace. Participants engage in a person-centred programme led by experienced facilitators, which builds confidence, resilience and knowledge. You will have the opportunity to support people with their learning, help people to feel included and engaged, assist the facilitators and carry out basic IT support. Language skills are welcome but not essential.

Experience required

Individuals must be patient, compassionate and friendly, and enjoy meeting and talking to new people. If you are fluent in a language other than English this is a bonus, as they work with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
