You will play a key role in helping new members at the shed to settle in and feel at home.
When new members visit, you will see if there are any barriers to accessing the shed that you can assist with, e.g. meeting them off the bus, buddying them to the shed, starting a joint project, chatting through hopes and expectations and what they want to get out of the project.
Welcome members, and get to know them
