The opportunity will involve all aspects of supporting credit union members. This will range from serving members including cash handling, completing forms, answering queries and balancing the float. The opportunity would give an individual good banking experience, good customer experience, problem solving team working skills.
Skills & Experience Required -
Able to interact with people from a wide range of backgrounds. Customer service experience is desirable.
Timings Description –
On a rota basis preferably one shift per week (4 hours).
Morning shift Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday- 9.30am-1pm, Thursday evening- 3.30pm-6pm or Saturday morning 9.30am-12pm.
Volunteer is welcome to sit in on 1 session and observe before deciding whether they want to take up the opportunity.

Volunteers (aged 18-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
