Are you a local resident, passionate about Carnoustie and keen to make a real difference in your town?
We are looking for a Volunteer Treasurer to serve alongside and support the work of the existing team of Community Councillors
In joining us at the Community Council, you will help shape our local area. As a Community Councillor, you'll play a key role in influencing decisions that affect our community and help create a better, more vibrant Carnoustie for everyone. We organise and support a wide range of activities to promote community well-being such as voluntary beach cleans local resilience support and seasonal community events.

Experience required

Confidence in basic accounting. Tasks include providing a monthly update on any transactions/ current funds available and assisting with repayment of expenses / release of funds via online banking or occasional cheques. These tasks are intermittently required and flexible around personal commitments.

Public Transport - Stagecoach No 73 route and Scotrail Station centrally located
