Sports Volunteer

Dundee Dragons run wheelchair sports sessions at Dundee and Angus College Gardyne Campus for children and adults. You don’t need to be a sports coach, although that is useful. We are simply looking for people who are passionate about helping others. This could be as simple as setting out equipment, moving wheelchairs or collecting tennis balls and shuttle cocks.

Of course if you wanted to get involved in coaching at any level e.g. hand feeding badminton shuttles or even coaching national athletes, we can also make that happen.

We can offer support to obtain sport specific qualifications as well as support to attend workshops on disability inclusion, first aid and child welfare and protection in sport.

Experience required
