Volunteer Retail Driver

Are you looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community? Marie Curie is seeking Volunteer
Drivers in Edinburgh to support our retail team by rotating stock between our shops and storage locations.
What you’ll do:
• Collect and deliver donated goods and stock between Marie Curie shops across Edinburgh
• Help keep our retail spaces fresh, tidy, and well-stocked
• Be a friendly face representing Marie Curie in the community
What we’re looking for:
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
• Good timekeeping and reliability
• A helpful, can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Volunteers are able to claim mileage for the use of their own vehicle whilst volunteering for:
• travel from their home to and from their normal place of volunteering
• travel between their normal place of volunteering and another location on Marie Curie

Restrictions

Minimum age: 18
Must have a full drivers licence and access to own vehicle

Volunteers (aged 18-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
