Richmond's Hope
- VO103429
Organisation Mission and Values:
Richmond’s Hope exists to support children and young people from all faiths and cultures who have been bereaved, helping them to understand their grief, express their feelings, and develop healthy coping strategies. We believe that no child should feel alone in their grief. Our core values include compassion, inclusion, respect, and empowerment, ensuring every child and family feels supported and understood.
What We Do:
Richmond’s Hope provides specialist grief support to children and young people aged 4–18 following the death of someone important in their lives. Through therapeutic play, creative activities, and tailored one-to-one support, we help children express emotions safely, make sense of their loss, and develop strategies to cope both now and in the future. Our approach empowers them to rebuild their lives with confidence and hope.

Trustees play a crucial role in providing strategic leadership, ensuring good governance, and helping shape the charity’s future direction.
