The Community Hub East Renfrewshire are looking for a detail-oriented and Excel-savvy volunteer to create simple, user-friendly cheat sheets for our beginner Excel class. These resources will help learners reinforce key concepts, functions and shortcuts covered in each session, allowing them to practice lessons at home.
Key responsibilities:
- Create easy-to-understand cheat sheets on basic Excel topics (eg, formulas, formatting, sorting/filtering and charts)
- Ensure clarity and accessibility for users with little or no prior experience in Excel
- Collaborate with the class tutor to align content with weekly lesson plans
- Format documents for both print and digital distribution
