We are looking for new volunteers to join our wonderful team. This unique roles is providing a holistic, free and impartial advice service to our local residents. We are looking for someone who has the time and the commitment to learn. The roles includes interviewing clients, negotiating on behalf of clients, interpreting and communicating information to clients to help them make informed decisions and completing clear case records.
The training takes approx. 8-12 weeks adn we look for 1 full day per week proving advice once training is completed.
