This role involves collating and archiving material into shared folders and the database. Assisting with current banking.
We ask for a time commitment of around 2- 3 hours per week for this role, either on a Tuesday or a Wednesday for a minimum of six months (in office hours).
The materials and systems are held in our office and therefore you must be able to work at our Edinburgh office, Causewayside. Expenses provided.
Travel details
Age Scotland, Causewayside House, 160 Causewayside, Edinburgh EH9 1PR. There are multiple buses that cover this central Edinburgh area. There is also a car park available (space limited must be booked).
Travel expenses
Volunteers usually complete a monthly breakdown of their expenses either online or on a paper form , or can be completed at every session of volunteering. These expenses are actioned once received by Finance team ( no need to wait).

Training details
We provide a person centred induction based on the role applied for. This will include Health and Safety, building induction, and training for the role.

Minimum age: 18
Availability
Volunteers (aged 18-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
