Complementary Therapy

Are you a qualified Complementary Therapist with a compassionate heart and a desire to make a real difference?
Or in your last year of study?

We're inviting you to join our dedicated Volunteer Complementary Therapy Team, providing comfort and care to individuals receiving end-of-life support and their loved ones

Availability:
We are currently welcoming volunteers available on any weekday


What you'll be part of:
• Delivering holistic treatments that promote comfort and peace
• Building meaningful relationships with individuals in our care and their families
• Developing your practice in a professional and supportive healthcare setting
• Collaborating with a passionate, like-minded team
• Learning and growing through training, peer support, and hands-on experiences

Travel expenses

Out-of-pocket expenses are reimbursed monthly. We cover travel expenses, including mileage for personal vehicle use at 45p per mile and reimbursement for public transport fares

Restrictions

Minimum age: 18
Diploma or Degree level qualification Own Public Liability Insurance Registered with a recognised Professional Body

Volunteers (aged 18-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
