Social Media Content Creator

Are you passionate about social media and want to make a difference for Wildlife in Scotland? The Angus and Dundee Local Group of the Scottish Wildlife Trust is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to join our Communications team. As part of our social media crew, you’ll help us create engaging content and develop our online presence across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.

What You’ll Do:

Ø Help us to extend our use of social media and reach new audiences.


Ø Collaborate with our Communications Team to design and post social media content such as stories, shorts, event posts, educational content etc.


Ø Use an existing library of clips and pictures to create engaging content.


Ø Help manage and oversee our social media accounts, keeping everything active and engaging.


Ø Promote events and opportunities to reach and inspire young people across Angus and Dundee


Ø Work with a creative and supportive team to develop new ideas and strategies.

Skills/knowledge needed:


Ø Good knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
