Talbot Rice Gallery

All volunteers receive training for their role, the chance to network and socialise with like-minded people and access to the gallery team for careers advice throughout their time volunteering with us. We offer practical experience of working in a contemporary gallery space, public engagement and the opportunity to meet artists. Volunteers are asked to commit to one regular day per week between 9.30am-5pm and must be 18 years or over.
Travel details
The following buses stop on South Bridge (2 minutes walk to the Gallery):
3, 5, 7, 8, 14, 29, 30, 31, 33, 35, 45, 49, 51, 52, N3, N30, N37, X29, X62, X95
We are a 15 minute walk from Waverley Station and a 25 minute walk from the Edinburgh Bus Station.
