20th Glasgow (1st Milngavie) Scouts
- VO104094
As a Trustee, you’ll play a vital role for 20th Glasgow (1st Milngavie Scouts) – making sure everything is safe, well-run, and connected to the community. We’re particularly encouraging applications from young adults aged 18–24.
We’re looking for people who care about making a difference. If you’re organised, up for a challenge, and keen to learn, this could be the role for you. As a Trustee, you’ll join a supportive team that keeps Scouts running smoothly and makes sure young people get the very best experiences. One week you might be reviewing budgets, another you might be checking our spaces are safe and welcoming – all of it adds up to giving young people opportunities to dream big and achieve more. Trustees look at the big picture, make decisions together, and connect Scouts with the local community. You’ll gain valuable skills in leadership, teamwork and decision-making – experience that could also support your career progression. Don’t worry if you’ve never been a Trustee before – we’ll support you every step of the way and make sure you’ve got all of the training and help you need.
