Adelphe works to empower women from ethnic minority backgrounds by providing tailored coaching, mentorship, and practical workshops that foster growth, professional success, and a strong sense of community, ensuring that every woman is seen, heard, and empowered.

● Share information through WhatsApp groups and word of mouth.

● Talk with people in the community about Adelphe programmes.
