Group Facilitation Role Description
Support will include the following:
Setting up the space for the group (E.g arranging chairs & putting the kettle on).
Offering a drink to people when they arrive and making them feel welcome.
Have a quick check-in with everyone at the start of the meeting. Identifying if anyone needs to talk first due to urgency, and ensuring that there are adequate opportunities for all participants to engage in how they choose to (e.g talking/listening)
You will receive an induction and training. You will receive agreed expenses as per our expenses policy, when necessary.

Experience required
COSCA Counselling Skills or relevant experience, including life experience is essential or this role.
Travel details
You will need reliable transport to the location of the group.

Mental Health First Aid provided. Ongoing training.

Minimum age: 18

Frequency & commitment
