PET FOSTERER - WEST OF SCOTLAND

PFSS provides a unique service supporting pet owners who are facing ill health, temporary homeliessness or domestic abuse.

As a pet fosterer you will be fully responsible for the animal in your care and the daily needs of the pet which inludesl; feeding, exercising and socialising until the pet is returned to it's owner. Covering Glasgow and surrounding areas.

Experience required

Required skills; a passion for improving outcomes for pets and owner's in emergency situation, previous experience of pet care/ownership, commitment to following all PFSS policies and procedures, commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Travel details

Volunteers often meet with the pets very close to their own home at an agreed location. They can walk, drive or if required use public transport/taxi. All travel expenses will be fully reimbursed by PFSS for this.
