Organisation: Early Years Scotland
Location: Family Visitor Centre, HMP Low Moss, 190 Crosshill Road, Bishopbriggs, G64 2QB

About the Opportunity

The Family Visitor Centre at HMP Low Moss is a welcoming space for families and friends visiting loved ones in prison. It offers a relaxed, friendly environment where visitors can access impartial information, advice, and emotional support from Early Years Scotland (EYS) staff.

Within the Centre, we’ve created a Tea Bar area where visitors can enjoy a free hot drink and biscuit, helping them unwind after their journey. Families can also make use of a safe play area for younger children, complete with toys, books, and creative activities run by EYS staff, as well as a chill zone designed for older children and teens.

Assisting with light tidying and ensuring the space remains welcoming for all families.
