About Us:
Common Thread Vision (CTV) is a small charity supporting older adults in Glasgow to access health and wellbeing activities such as a Lunch Club, Arts & Crafts, Yoga, and Massage. We aim to reduce loneliness, promote independence, and improve overall wellbeing.
About the Role:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and organised Fundraising Group Leader to bring people together and raise funds for CTV. You’ll lead a small team of volunteers to plan and deliver fun community events - like coffee mornings or bake sales - helping support our vital services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate volunteers to organise local fundraising events
Hold monthly meetings and coordinate group plans
Act as the main contact between your group and the Chair and the CTV fundraising team
Maintain basic records and follow CTV fundraising guidelines
Flexible to suit you. Work from home too.

Experience required
Requirements:
• Aged 18 or over
• Confident, friendly, and organised
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Access to transport and flexibility to attend meetings/events
• Comfortable assisting at events (support provided if needed)
Travel expenses
We reimburse all pre-agreed costs at public transport rates on production of valid tickets and/or receipts.
