Monday OAP Club

The Monday OAP club are looking for new committee members. The main responsibility of the committee is governance: to ensure we run efficiently, that our funds are spent wisely.
We are keen to hear from anyone who has experience in finance, business or management, either now or in the past.
The Committee members’ roles will include:
Holding the position of Office Bearer particularly Treasurer or Secretary
Representing the Community they serve
To be open and accountable to the public
To ensure the organisation operates within its rules and within the law
To enter into any agreements on behalf of the organisation
To authorise the payment of expenses to any group members in accordance with the organisation’s rules
Experience required
Finance and admin experience would be beneficial
Travel details
The club meets each Monday lunchtime in Kirkintilloch Miners Welfare Club and you would be required to attend these events to collect money and assist with the running of the club
