Digital Facilitator

Are you passionate about empowering others through technology? Do you have a knack for creating engaging digital content? We are seeking a dedicated volunteer to join our team as a Digital Training Developer and Facilitator. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by helping individuals enhance their digital skills and confidence.

Role Overview

As a Digital Training Developer and Facilitator, you will be responsible for:


Developing comprehensive digital training programs tailored to various skill levels.

Creating engaging and interactive learning materials that cater to diverse learning styles.


Delivering training sessions  in-person, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.


Evaluating participants’ progress and adapting training methods to meet their needs.


Collaborating with a passionate team to continuously improve our training offerings.

Experience required

We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in digital tools and platforms, with a strong understanding of current technology trends.
Skilled in creating educational content, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
An excellent communicator and presenter, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
Patient, empathetic, and supportive, committed to fostering a positive learning environment.
Creative and adaptable, open to feedback and new ideas.

The centre is located in the North West Of Glasgow in Victoria Park Ward just off of Clydeside Express way and Dumbarton Road
