Sensory Hub Group Leader

We are seeking a warm, caring, and reliable volunteer to lead sessions in our Sensory Hub for families and young children. The role involves creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where children can explore sensory play in a safe and engaging space. Key tasks include setting up sensory activities, supporting families as they engage in play, and tidying the room after each session to maintain high standards of cleanliness. You will also follow health, safety, and safeguarding procedures, including recording attendance and reporting any concerns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with families, has an interest in early years development, and is passionate about supporting others and promoting positive wellbeing.

Training details

Volunteers receive an induction and will be given all the training and support necessary to feel confident in the role. Staff members are on hand to provide ongoing help and support.
