Pathhead Youth Project

Pathhead Youth Project is seeking a volunteer Chair of Trustees to help guide our small local youth charity. The role involves attending two trustee meetings and two planning meetings with youth workers each year, providing supportive oversight and helping ensure consistency across our sessions. You’ll work closely with the Treasurer, receive full guidance, and play a key part in sustaining youth provision in Pathhead. No previous experience is required, and the time commitment is small but genuinely impactful.

Training details
A full handover and induction will be provided, including an introduction to the charity’s governance, youth work model, current priorities, and meeting structure. The Chair will be supported by the Treasurer and given access to all policies, templates, and guidance required. Opportunities for ongoing trustee development are also available if desired.
