Micro-Volunteer (Fife)

The Scottish SPCA needs your help to raise awareness of their charity and, if you would like to, support them with fundraising events in Fife communities. They would like you to share our news and campaigns with a simple 5-minute digital task each month, and in return they will support you with excellent training, regular contact and opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of fun events that fit in around your other commitments. Being part of the SSPCA Team in Fife is an opportunity to meet new people, learn new skills and have great fun!

Experience required

Passionate about animal welfare and the mission of the Society
Friendly and approachable
Willing to use email and online systems
Excited to meet new people and make a difference
Happy to undertake necessary statutory training

Travel details

In local communities across Fife. You can choose to take part in a challenge event, to attend an organised fundraiser or even hold your own event! Travel is within your own local area.

Travel expenses

Travel expenses can be reimbursed at public transport rates or 45p per mile.

Support
Training details

Volunteers will complete statutory online training before starting in their role. This covers all aspects of the volunteering role. All volunteers are assigned a specific contact who will support them with their involvement in monthly tasks and getting involved fundraisers and other activities, if they wish to do so.
