Scottish SPCA Micro-volunteer

Could you give up a small amount of your time to raise awareness of our work in your local community or to help us raise vital funds for Scotland's animals?
There are a variety of different tasks to choose from, and you can tailor your volunteering role around your current commitments, undertaking only the tasks that interest you. All we ask is that you commit 5 minutes each month to sharing links to our news, campaigns and events with your social network. You also have the option to get involved events in your local area should you be interested.
This role can be applied for via the SPCA website.

Experience required

Passionate about animal welfare and the mission of the Society, access to social media and willingness to share posts with your network.

Travel details

This is a home-based role, involving social media with the option to get involved in events in your local area. You can pick and choose which events suit you in terms of timing and travel.

Travel expenses

Travel expenses - 45p per mile for fuel, up to max of 30 miles per day or equivalent public transport costs. Paid fortnightly directly to your bank account.

Support
Training details

Following the application process, new volunteers are required to complete some online training relevant to their role. The will then receive a full induction and practial training & support from our team.
