Warehouse Helper – Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice (Glasgow)

Looking for a fun, hands-on volunteering role where you can make a real difference? Our warehouse team plays a huge part in keeping our hospice shops stocked and raising vital funds for hospice care—and we’d love you to join us.
Based at Clutha House, this role is active, social, and rewarding. Every shift supports patients and families across Glasgow.
What you’ll be doing
Helping receive and sort donated items
Organising stock ready for our hospice shops
Keeping the warehouse tidy and running smoothly
Working alongside staff and other volunteers in a friendly team
Who this role suits
People who enjoy practical, behind-the-scenes work
Happy working independently or with others
Comfortable lifting and moving bags and boxes
Reliable, positive, and keen to get involved
No experience needed—full training provided

Take the Glasgow Southbound Suburban Line toward Neilston or East Kilbride. Get off at Pollokshields West Station, then walk about 400 meters southwest along Cornwall Street South to your destination.
By Car
Head south on West Nile Street toward Gordon Street, then turn left onto St. Vincent Street and right onto Kingston Street. Merge onto the A77 / Pollokshaws Road southbound, then turn right onto Cornwall Street South. Travel time is roughly 10–15 minutes depending on traffi
