Volunteer Driver

Volunteer as a member of our Drivers team, providing transport for our staff, members and their carers to and from activities. Ultimately helping older adults to keep active and connected to their local communities. 
As a Volunteer Driver you will be providing a service as part of a team and according to a coordinated rota with the need to be punctual and reliable.
A valid driver’s license to drive a minibus and a clean driving record is essential. Experience driving a minibus or similar vehicle is preferred.

Travel details

Daytime Disco sessions take place in various accessible community venues across Glasgow and surrounding areas. Specific locations will be shared in advance with volunteers based on upcoming event schedules. Travel guidance, including public transport options or directions, will be provided ahead of each session. Where possible, reasonable travel expenses can be reimbursed in line with WOW’s volunteer expenses policy.
