Trustee

Long Covid Scotland is a Scottish charity advocating for people living with Long Covid. They are seeking a new Trustee to join their dedicated and experienced Board to support the delivery of their mission and latest Manifesto.
What you will do:
As a Trustee, you will contribute to the organisation’s strategic direction and overall governance. In addition to fortnightly online Board discussions, this role involves hands-on involvement in delivering key areas of work and supporting the charity to grow its impact.
What they are looking for:
Long Covid Scotland are seeking individuals who can bring relevant skills, experience, and perspectives to the Board. This may include experience in areas such as; charity governance, income generation, strategic planning, organisational development,
project management or digital systems and communications.
They particularly welcome applications from people with lived experience of Long Covid or other long-term health conditions. This could be through your own experience or by supporting someone close to you. They also encourage applications from young people aged over 18 and those from diverse backgrounds.
What difference you will make:
As a Trustee, you will help shape the strategic direction of a charity working at the forefront of an emerging and often misunderstood health condition, supporting efforts to improve access to care, strengthen the evidence base, and build partnerships that drive meaningful change for people living with Long Covid.
