Central Wellbeing is a peer support mental health charity established in 2021 and based in the heart of Falkirk dedicated to providing compassion, understanding and a safe space for those navigating the challenges of poor mental health. Central Wellbeing do this through facilitating peer support groups and community activities in the Falkirk area.
Inspire others by sharing your knowledge, experience, or creativity.
Central Wellbeing are looking for people who would like to share a skill, hobby or life experience with others in a relaxed and informal way. This could be a short talk, group workshop session or friendly demonstration on a topic you’re passionate about.
Your contribution can help others build confidence, learn something new and feel more connected.
This is a flexible opportunity that can be shaped around you. It’s a great way to give back, meet others and share something meaningful—no formal teaching experience needed.

Experience required

An interest in sharing your knowledge or experience is all that’s needed. No teaching experience is required—just a willingness to connect with others in a friendly and supportive way.

Travel expenses can be reimbursed as well as materials needed for practical workshops.
