Topics discussed in the group could be mental health, physical health, local services, national campaigns. Groups might also invite in guest speakers. The group help decide the topics.
This role involves providing direct peer support to our men's group where a man is essential to the effectiveness of the service. This is to ensure confidentiality and trust to members of the group.

You will work with staff to prepare discussions and activities for the group and deliver them to the group, or support guest speakers visiting the group. These groups allow our members to speak out about a variety of topics that are important to them. We do not offer advice but can give members information or signpost them.
