Event Coordinator - Westhill

We are looking for a number of Event Coordinators to help with organising our Community Christmas Day Meal Events across Aberdeenshire.
We have managed to recruit one each for Banff and Turriff and are still looking for support with setting up our events in Peterhead, Fraserburgh, Ellon, Inverurie, Westhill, Stonehaven and Banchory.
The role involves exploring venues (we already have some confirmed and may be able to return to others too), exploring local catering providers, working with your team of volunteers (who we will recruit and train), helping to pormote the events (we will provide materials) and coordinating the events themselves on Christmas Day.
On the day itself, you will support your team of volunteers and ensure they and all of your guests have a great meal and time together.
We will support you with all aspects of your role from the moment you start until the last bit of tidying up has been done on Christmas Day, and you too will enjoy a wonderful meal with your community too!
