Grampian Credit Union as an ethical financial co-operative, owned by our members offer a genuine alternative to High Street financial organisations and high interest lenders with our comprehensive range of savings and loans products designed with our members in mind.
Grampian Credit Union is seeking friendly, organised and proactive Office / Administration support to join our team on a volunteer basis. You will deliver a warm and professional service while providing efficient administrative support. The role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and maintaining accurate records while delivering high-quality service in line with the Credit Union's policies, procedures and values. You will play an important role in promoting the credit union ethos and providing excellent support.
All volunteer receive relevant guidance and support. Includes one on one induction, training, named staff to shadow and refer to in terms of questions. Volunteers will join in all trainings and meetings. All volunteers make a real difference and are greatly appreciated.

Training details

Frequency & commitment
Flexible times available - all help is greatly appreciated.

Volunteers (aged 18-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
