We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to support our team to deliver respite youth groups to young carers in SW Edinburgh. Our groups are based in our hub in Broomhouse, often heading out for the evening to activities such as Lazer tag, trampolining etc. Times are 5-8pm
We are looking for volunteers to commit to attend one of these evening groups (Monday or Tuesday) to allow us to get out and about. Supporting the project worker to deliver the program to young people.
Experience required
Essential:
Reliable.
Desire to work with children.
Enthusiastic.
Ability to listen.
Travel details
We always meet at Space @ the Broomhouse Hub, with excellent transport links to get here. We then utilse a minibus or public transport to get out to external activities which is organised by Project Worker.

Support
Training details
We offer induction to the volunteering role along with support and supervision ongoing. All volunteers can access training throughout their time with Space and we will provide training/support identified.
