Food Collections and Delivery Driver (NE Fife)

CiC were originally set up during the Coronavirus pandemic, providing much needed support in the community. However, since then it has grown significantly to provide a range of services for the community and individuals who live here.

To continue to provide support, they are looking for volunteers to help with the following Food Collections and Delivery Driver role:

This opportunity would involve either of the following:

  1. Store collection (Fridays)

Fridays food collection involves picking up the empty food crates from Cupar and returning them to M&S, St Andrews, before collecting the new donations and delivering to the Community Café in Cupar.

  1. Store collection and home deliveries (Days and times TBC)

Collecting care packages from Morrisons and/or M&S, St Andrews, and delivering them to families or people that are in need within the local community.

They are also looking for volunteers who would be interested in collecting surplus food from the Community Café on a Saturday and delivering to carehomes/homeless shelters in Cupar.

Experience required

It is essential that volunteers have access to a car and hold a valid drives licence. They are also looking for individuals who are friendly, respectful, and responsible.
