Administration/Retail Support - Cupar

Castle Furniture are looking for an experienced administrator with retail experience to support with the day-day operations within their Glenrothes and Cupar warehouse. Typical tasks will include; processing sales, answering calls, dealing with customer queries, uploading stock to an internal database, filing and other administrative task.

Castle Furniture also work collaboratively to fulfil welfare orders, therefore part of this role will involve supporting this process through the processing of referrals made by partner organisations.

Experience required

This role would suit individuals with previous administration and retail experience, who are comfortable using technology/Microsoft Office. Confidence to deal with customer queries both on the telephone and face-face is also be desirable.

Cupar Warehouse - Tom Rodgers Mill, East Burnside, Cupar, KY15 4DQ

Travel expenses

Public transport and mileage rates will be reimbursed on a monthly basis.

Support
Training details

All volunteers will be initially provided with around 1-2 hours induction covering everything from role specifics, Expectations and Boundaries, Health and Safety, Manual Handling and everything else needed to succeed in the role. PVG checks will be carried out by Castle Furniture at no cost to the volunteer. Continued support will be provided throughout by the coordinator and opportunities for continual ongoing training depending on the needs of the role and personal interests.
