Support local people right here in Falkirk.
Your Citizens Advice Bureau changes lives for the better by giving free, impartial and confidential advice to our community, empowering people to overcome challenges and secure their rights. But we can't do it without you.
As a Reception Volunteer, you'll welcome clients into the Bureau, set them at ease, and work out what help they need. You'll be part of a friendly expert team, and receive first-class training and support.
This is a great opportunity to build experience of working in an office, working with the public, and learning about a wide range of issues.

Experience required

No experience required! We'll give you all the training and support you need to become a key part of the team.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills will be a big help to you.
