Chest Heart and Stroke are looking for a volunteer to help out at their Peer Support Group in Largs. The main duties would include making sure the room is booked and paid for, banking cash collected at the group and organising any day trips they decide to do. The group meet from 10-12 in Largs Library
Experience required
No formal skills are required but rather a willingness to help others whilst being patient, Good communication skills and being able to deal with others outside of the group. e.g. banks and bus companies
Volunteers (aged 12-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
